Need recipes....

I'm sure I'm not the only one who gets tired of cooking their family the same 15 meals over & over again. I really need some new recipes & I'd love to hear from all my girlfriends. Tell me your top 3 favorite recipes you cook for your family & I'll collect some new ones! I thank you & I know Gavan will thank you too!

Great idea!! Here is my fav easy recipe:

Chicken enchilada casserole

1 whole chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 bag corn tortilla chips
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Boil chicken and debone (you can also use boneless chicken breasts to make this easier). Mix cream of chicken and enchilada sauce and chicken meat. In a 9x13 pan, spread tortilla chips. Cover with 1/2 chicken mixture, then sprinkle w/ 1/2 cheddar cheese. Repeat layers then bake at 375 for about 15 minutes of until cheese is melted and bubbly!

You can always cook along with me!! But you and Gavan would have to be willing to try some different things. Or cook a week behind and you can see if we liked it or not. I still think my favorite thing I've made so far is this chipotle turkey wrap, it is so easy!

Teriyaki chicken
1 T. cornstarch
1 T. cold water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 t. ground ginger
1/4 t. black pepper
12 skinless chicken thighs OR
6 skinless chicken breasts

In a small saucepan over low heat, combine cornstarch, water, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and spices. Let simmer, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens. Preheat oven to 425. Place chicken in lightly greased baking dish. Brush with sauce. Bake for 30 minutes, turn over; bake 30 minutes more. Brush with sauce every 10 minutes.

Got this from allrecipes.com and we love it! Serve over brown rice and with vegetables.
