Let me just tell you that we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The Excellence Playa Mujeres in Cancun was fantastic in every way so I highly recommend it if you are going anytime soon! We had good weather, were there a great amount of time, got caught up on some good sleep, ate great food, got sunburned......I really can't complain about one thing! I won't forget this birthday, that's for sure. Thanks Gavan for a wonderful surprise!

We arrived on Mexico's Independence Day so there was a big party & buffet that night.....yummy!
Our 2nd day it rained on & off all day, so we camped out in this hut bed for a lot of the day. When the sun would come out, we'd just hop in the pool & then go back to reading when it started raining again. Not too shabby!

Jaylen with her gifts we brought her.....a bracelet, doll & "shake-a-rockas", as she calls them! Rosson's gift was the blue one so he wasn't left out! We missed them quite a bit but had such a wonderful trip. Turning 30 wasn't bad at all!

How fun! I think that is where Ashley's cousin was married this summer...the rooms and pools look the same! Glad you were able to celebrate in a big way!
Oh my gosh Melody, your hotel room looks very similar to the one Bethenny Frankel stayed at on her honeymoon.
It looks like a great trip. I'm looking for places to go for my 30 bday as well. I will keep this place in mind.
