Stargazer Lily

Here is a pic of the flowers I got for Valentine's Day. Stargazer lillies are my favorite flower and their wonderful smell fills the house! They stay alive for quite a while too! Well, tonight's the night for Grey's. Can't wait! Again, she can't die!This weather has been so awesome but I haven't been able to enjoy much of it. Work, work, work. Benefit dinner for Harper Hawley is tomorrow night at MRCC. I think they are going to have a good turn out too. I pray that it is a HUGE success. My prayers constantly go up for Zach, Haley and Harper. Our God is an awesome God.

Aaaahhhh, the weekend.

Well, this is the time of the weekend that I like the least because it means tomorrow morning is Monday morning! It's my early week at work all week too so I get to get up earlier than usual. But it was a good weekend. To sum it up:
- Friday: watched my cousin Maddie win a state semi-final b-ball game, which by the way was super intense but lots of fun to watch and cheer at.
- Saturday: worked out, cleaned house, ate at Carraba's for dinner (yummy good, especially when you use a gift card!) then home for a movie. We watched Little Miss Sunshine and you've got to see it just for the little girl, Olive's dance routine! It's great.
- Sunday: church, lunch, took Paisley to the dog park, church, home to watch Amazing Race. Jeffrey, Miranda & Cooper stopped in for a visit too.
Pretty nice weekend. No work involved which is always good. It's going to be in the 70's tomorrow which will be a nice break from the bitterness we've been having. Now, I'm off to bed. Gotta get my zzz's or I'll be too grouchy in the morning!

Is Merideth going to die?

So throughout the entire episode of Grey's last night, they kept showing Merideth floating in the water and then her "dying" on the table at the end. I agree with Suzanne. Merideth GREY of GREY'S Anatomy can't die, the show is focused around her! It's killing me to wait until next Thursday to find out what happens though! I'm so hooked! They cut Bailey!

Okay, so did anyone else watch American Idol last night? I'm was so hoping to see Bailey Brown in the top 24. She was this super cute 16 year old country girl with a great voice. During the group song, she forgot pretty much all of her words, so I don't blame the judges for cutting her but she's got talent! She's young and she'll be back. Can't wait for TV night tonight either! Grey's Anatomy, Survivor, CSI, The Office, & ER! I don't know what I'd do without DVR! Well, I'm headed out to lunch. The days half over then it's the couch for me!

First time blogger

Well, I'm taking the step into the world of blogging. I decided it was about time since I finally got a digital camera for Christmas. I'm sure my blog will get better and more interesting after I figure out how to actually post pictures and other things. Hope you enjoy!
