After 37 flyers, 15 days on the market, 5 showings, and 1 offer...........WE SOLD OUR HOUSE! That's right folks. We are going to have to say bye bye to Barclay Rd. We sold it to a great young couple from church (who we didn't know before but do now!) and will close in late March. We haven't decided on a house for ourselves yet but hopefully will be finding one soon!
God has truly answered our prayer to allow our house to sell as quickly & smoothly as it did! Now I'm off to house hunt online........I'm never going to get to sleep tonight....too excited!

CONGRATS on selling it so FAST! We are currently doing upgrades to our house and will put it on the market in a few months too. We have already looked at tons online and have walked through several as well. It is so exciting!!!

CONGRATS! That is awesome! I'm excited to hear all about the houses you are considering, but I have to admit...I'm kinda sad to say goodbye to Barclay! Lots of GREAT memories there! I told Doug we should have bought it and moved closer to you guys!!!!
That's great Mel! I don't know where you are looking at exactly to move but there are several great houses in our neighborhood for sale, including the one across the street! We'd love to have you as neighbors! Check out The Valley neighborhood, specifically 172nd St. Talk to you soon!
